The following table indicates the different rates available, depending on your selection for in-state and out-of-state carriers, and monthly fee (plan).  All rates are for both in-state and out-of-state calls except as indicated.

*1 = These rates are for out-of-state calls only.

*2 = These rates are for in-state calls only. 

          The per minute rate is not rounded up to the nearest minute like some companies.  After the first 30 seconds we round up to nearest tenth of a minute (6 seconds).  Any calls less than 30 seconds will be rounded up to the 30-second minimum call length.
